Home…

Hello my friend,

Nothing so special to share with you today…

Just some pics of my home and my ordinary life…

I’ve made some changes between my formal living and my family room… I’ve exchanged the sofas between them (sorry if this is not a correct sentence 🙂 )

This is how they look right now…

In the family room, where there is so much more natural light, I’ve put the dark brown sofas…

And in the formal living, where there is not much light, I’ve put the beige sofas:

It is much better now…and I’m very very happy with my new home 🙂

and here is baby Joe, 1 month and a half old today, sleeping quietly in his new chair…

He is a sweet angel during day time but in the night … don’t talk with me about his nights… He has so much colics poor baby…he cries all night long…A L L … and nothing stops his crying unless he is carried…I do hope it is just a period of time and that all will be ok soon…

Not much crochet is happening these days but I do love to look at my basket and my love birds bedspread wip…It makes me feel good and happy even though I’m barely touching my hook and yarn 😉

Have to go now…

Hope you’re all doing well in your part of the world specially my U.S friends…I’ve been thinking and praying a lot for you …I hope you are all OK !

Sending you all my love through this post…

See you soon…

Good morning lovely people!

Hope all is good for you 🙂 Like you’ve already noticed I’m not blogging as much as I used to and I’m crocheting at a very slow rythm too…but I’m sure you can understand why…

The baby blue little vest  is done and I thought I should pop in to say hi and show you some pics too…

Now, I’m working on my love birds bedspread….do you remember it? It’s been a while since I’ve crochet these lovely grannies and I missed them…

Actually, all the squares are done and I’m finishing the last blue round for each one…Still have these :

Youpiiiiiiiiiiiiii! and then I should join them all…don’t know if little Joe will let me make this huge work 😉

Here are some pics of my little bundle of joy….

I’m totally crazy in love…

and one last thing to show you today before I go…

 my new handpainted owl 🙂

Isn’t it lovely? 🙂

Have to go now… I always feel  like I’m stealing minutes so I can pop in to tell you hello 🙂 but I know that this won’t be this way forever… so my sweeties, forgive my little blogging time and

Little pleasures…

Hello sweeties,

How are you? Hope everything is great in your part of the world …

It’s been a while but I am sure you can understand why… I’ve been so busy these days… not a minute for myself… but a positive kind of busy days 😉

Little Joe is time consuming but I am very happy…Even though my schedule is a little boring I just love it… cuddling, carrying, breastfeeding, whispering sweet little songs, not sleeping at all but I love it and I know that this won’t last and that I will regret these days one day … so I have to appreciate every second…

Here are some pics for you…some little pleasures in my ordinary life…

The beautiful sky of this morning…

Little crochet I’m trying to make…just a little bit when he sleeps in his bed and not on me :)…baby vests for my little angel…He’s wearing them a lot …keeping his little tummy warm 😉

I’ve finished a green one and just started a second one in a delicious baby blue yarn …

Little Joseph almost one month old 😉

I am in love…

and I melt with pleasure when he looks at me 🙂

Hope you’re having little pleasures today 😉

Wishing you a wonderful time!

Kisses and hugs

Baby’s patchwork bedspread

Gooooooooodmorning:)

How are you today? Must show you the patchwork bedspread which I finished on September15 before little Joseph was born! Must must show you 😉 Tadaaaaaaaaaaaa

This bedspread is crocheted with a 100% acrylic yarn called Mirage and a 3.5mm crochet hook.

It is made with traditional 6 rounds granny squares joined together as-I-go with Lucy’s wonderful method 🙂

and for the edging I made 1 round of granny’s and my ole-ole border that I love so much 🙂

The bedspread is made with 154 squares (14×11) with a variety of colors (all leftovers from my stash) 🙂

and I’m in love with it 🙂

Today the girls are back to school …

Not so happy to leave their little bro at home with me 🙂 hehehe

Wishing you a wonderful day!

I hope you liked the patchwork bedspread 🙂

Thank you sooooomuch for visiting!

Big big kisses from Christina, Sarah, Baby Joe and me!
