Good morning ladies!

How are you? Time really flies …here we are already in march…and it is monday again 🙂 I love the smell of spring of march 🙂

I’ve began two new wips I want to share with you today 🙂

A baby blanket for a cousin of mine who’s expecting a little princess in July 🙂

Here is a close up of the squares I’m making…

baby-blanket-wip3

I love this blanket… I added to its original square a round of dc …to add more white…

baby-blanket-wip4

I am loving how it is turning out and I’ve already done all the circles (the first two rounds of them 😉 )

The second wip is a cowl for myself…a very big cowl that I can fold two times around my neck….

I am working it using the moss stitch (1sc, 1ch, 1sc, 1ch) etc

I simply loooove that stitch 🙂

I am crocheting it with the “MIRAGE” a 100% acrylic yarn but instead of the 3mm hook suggested on the yarn I am using a 5mm hook to have a light effect…

Finally lovely ladies a pic of my bundle of joy who’s enjoying his new toy…

Your bundle of joy is growing so fast. What a cutie he is! So sweet at that age when everything is so new and wonderful to them. Congrats to the winners of your giveaway. Your blanket is coming along nicely. I tried to do the moss stitch before but had a hard time working in the chains. Maybe I was pulling too tight. Anyways, hope all is well with you. Have a great week. Tammy

Ohh ta cousine sera tellement contente de la couverture pour son bébé. J’ai une amie qui a fait 5 panneaux pour une petite couverture et m’a demandé si je voulais la lui assembler. J’ai bien hâte de commencer. Félicitations pour tout.

I have to tell you that your blog no longer opens properly with the normal view – it does for seconds but then I get the text moved over to the side with a block of back at the top. It doesn’t look very nice as it spoils your lovely layout:(

Angie, what lovely new projects you have going!! When I first started following you, the draw was all the brightness, the liveliness, the general happiness of your blog. Now that you include the growing-up pictures of the baby, well, I have to tell you it makes my heart swell when you add him in!! So cute, and starting to look so much like a little man. Just wonderful!! This is not meant to be creepy in any way- I am Mom to 3 grown children, and am currently raising my 2 oldest grand-children, they will be 16 and 15 next month, and every day I look at them and wonder where the time is going!! Best to you and your family!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful work with us. It makes me smile when I open your blog, with all the colorful pictures and combinations of yarn. Of course the picture of the baby in the crib is the best of all. He is getting so big.

I love your blog and all the colours 🙂 your little boy is gorgeous.
I have a request. Maybe other readers would be interested in that too…. could you make a tutorial or maybe just answer my post on how do you hide the yarn ends. That always is the tricky part for me. Even when I do seem to hide them all they would still come out at some point. You always crochet with soooo many colours and I never noticed any yarn sticking out or anything….Thanks a lot.

I just have to tell you how much I love seeing your baskets of colored yarns. They are so delicious!!!
I also love seeing the updates on your little fella. He is getting so big, and has such a great smile. What a joy he must be to you all.
