That is one delicious giant granny. Not sure how you are managing that in those temperatures. Thanks for sharing.

I have come to 76 rounds and believe that I am going to stop (for the present). My granny is really giant. Me lacking bed! I need to change project.
I know that I will come until the end, but it will not be now:)

Angie, your granny is precious. In my opinion, you combine the colors of very attractive form. I like it, I like much.

afraid as mine was only a baby granny, it has been finished and sold. I will keep looking in at all the others.
I really dont know how you have the patience to make one as big as yours…and its still growing !!!!! It is reaslly lovely and a credit to you. It must take lots of yarn too ….keep hooking

That’s such a great idea. Had i read about it sooner (haven’t been keeping up with my reading) i would have joined in, but i just started a regular granny square project.
Enjoy it, it’s looking great already!

I love how yours is turning out. Our only craft store here was having a sale so I went to buy yarn but didn’t exactly come away with the colors I was looking for. Their choices sometimes are limited — I don’t like to use yarn that is too thin, and I’m not so good at putting colors together. I love how yours is a beautiful rainbow of color! Love that painting over your mantel. Hope you are having a great day. Tammy

Hi! How do you join the group? I made a giant granny a few years back, but I’ve decided that it needs another couple of sets of rows. I’d love to be able to share it! It’s much different than yours, but still lovely. I love your colour schemes. So beautiful!

Thanks for starting the giant granny CAL, it is so much fun working on this granny! Yours looks very good! 45 rows is a nice size. How many more do you plan to make?

    Hi Angie,

Your blanket is really getting big, looking great.

I love those new things on your mantel. What are they called? They remind me a little bit of a gnome, they are so cute.
